  1. Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of the product, helium balloons cannot be returned under any circumstances once sold.

  2. Decorations Return Policy: Decorative items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been opened or used. Any signs of wear or tampering with the packaging will render the item ineligible for return.

  3. Proof of Purchase: All returns or refund requests must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

  6. Exclusions: Sale items, special orders, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  7. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
